We are very satisfied with Remote-Anything.
I have a small support team, and have just buying a license for Remote-Anything. What I like
is, that the license is for the viewer, and then you can use the "Server" on the customer PC without using time to install license, every time you use it. The user interface is fin and informative.

One unik remote Software.
I have used Remote Anything (RA) for 4 years, and it is my number 1 remote program.It is easy for the user you are helping, to work with the program, they only have to click on the Slave icon and click on Show my screen and then I can see the remote screen.The programs is small, 105 Kb for the slave, and 376 Kb for the Master program you use to control and look on the remote computers. It is easy to set op, regarding it has a lot of options, vs. other remote programs that is difficult to set up. Pros:
The license is for the Master, and this is important for the easy use of the slaves.Nice user interface, fast file transfer and fast support from TWD
